Plan As You Go…
If you are planning to build a house or significant extension, you want to ensure that the outside space is going to work with it.
We follow the initial stages of the full design service to the end of the concept stage, incorporating your developing house plans into the site plan.
By collaborating with your architect and other designers you will have a blueprint for the garden which realises the overall vision.
As more schemes become reliant on using the outside space to address some of the house’s needs, such as rainwater drainage, having these in a blueprint alongside the house plans is extremely useful.
Landscape Plan
If you need to submit a Landscape Plan to satisfy planning conditions, I prepare this from the concept. I have experience in successfullly steering these through the process to approval.
It allows us to move into the necessary detail for each part when needed and remain flexible to the timing of your build. It can even allow you to organise the involvement of different contractors for different stages - working with builders and groundworkers before the landscapers move in towards the end of the build to work on the garden.
Simply choosing and planting some young trees and hedges in their final positions at an early stage means that your garden has more maturity when you get to the end of the build project.
